An award-winning artist and drawing instructor, Carrie Stuart Parks is acknowledged as one of the top two law enforcement instructors in the nation for her innovative training in forensic art. The author of several North Light books, she has also created drawing and painting instruction videos for adults and children, and her watercolor paintings are found in numerous corporate and private collections. Carrie and her husband, Rick, offer art workshops internationally, as well as on their ranch in the beautiful Coeur d'Alene region of Idaho.
