Can I continue on with my existing subscription, even though it's no longer a subscription option?
Yes, if your credit card information is up to date in our system, you will have no interruption in service and can continue on at the same rate and will have access to the workshops you purchased through the subscription you purchased.

ArtistsNetwork.tv was launched in 2008 to provide online instructional videos from leading contemporary artists. The videos are streamed to ArtistsNetwork.tv members so that they can be viewed 24/7 from any computer with a high-speed internet connection without requiring software downloads. You can choose to subscribe to any of our individual workshops for a 6-month period or you can subscribe to all ArtistsNetwork.tv video workshops monthly or for 12-months.

Do I need to have a high-speed internet connection to use ArtistsNetwork.tv?
Yes. In order to have a satisfactory viewing experience with the 40+ minute video workshops offered at ArtistsNetwork.tv you'll need to have a high-speed internet connection: typically cable, high-speed DSL or satellite dish.
Most end user access problems are due to connectivity issues on the user side. Even on a high-speed connection, a CPU or RAM resource issue on the client system can cause issues or slowdowns. We have found that one thing a user might try is to clear their browser cache, check their system resources, and/or reboot if need be.
We also often direct people to http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/. This site performs a speed test of the user system and sometimes reveals a connectivity issue (for example, if a shared cable line becomes bogged down, etc).
To view a preview (usually five minutes or longer) of each video workshop, simply click on the "Preview Video" button below any of the workshop listings as you browse around the site. You can also access the video preview from the any of the workshop details pages, available via the PREVIEW buttons below the art workshop listings.
What are the options available for purchasing and viewing a video workshop?
There are several ways to view your video workshop(s), all of which offer from one to 12 months of unlimited viewing! All subscription terms renew automatically if you don't cancel before your term ends.
1) You can purchase a annual subscription that gives you unlimited viewing of all art workshops for a full year for $199.00.
2) You can purchase a monthly subscription that gives you unlimited viewing of all art workshops for $19.99 per month.
3) You can purchase a 6 month subscription offering unlimited viewing to any individual video workshop for as low as $16.99.

If I choose to subscribe to all videos, will I get to see new workshops that are added after I submit my order?
Yes. For the time period while your subscription is in effect, you'll be able to view all new video workshops that we'll add to ArtistsNetwork.tv. We typically add a new art video workshop every week, so you'll have plenty of new things to learn!
How can I contact you for questions, comments or requests to cancel my subscription
If you want to contact us for any reason, simply click on the "Customer Service" link at the top of the site. In your message, please provide us with your full contact information including your day-time phone number and the name and address used when placing your order. The more detailed you are in your correspondence with us, the more quickly we can reply back with the appropriate information.
Can I get a refund if I want to cancel my subscription?
Yes. If you notify us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of the date you placed your order, and we will refund your full purchase amount. Refunds, including partial refunds, are not granted if you choose to cancel your order beyond 7 days of the transaction date. We can only issue a refund to the same credit card you used when placing your order. To ensure that we can look up your order and account information, please include your full contact information along with the name, address and last four numbers of the credit card you used when placing the order you want refunded. To help us improve our service to artists, please indicate why you wish to cancel your order.
If you subscribed to an individual workshop, when your subscription expires, you'll no longer have access to the workshops you've purchased. However, you can easily renew your subscription prior to the expiration date or simply place a new order on the site to continue to access your favorite art instruction workshops.
If you purchased a subscription to view all the workshops, your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. You can cancel this in your "My Account" link at the top right-hand corner of the site.
How can I change the credit card I use for purchases?
To change your credit card, just click on the "My Account" link at the top right of every page, log into your account, and update your billing information. If you have any problems updating please contact Customer Service.
